Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and the ability to maintain a high standard of conduct in the workplace.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and check in visitors at the concierge desk while verifying identification and directing them appropriately.<br>• Manage the reception desk, including assisting with conference room scheduling and responding to last-minute catering or client requests.<br>• Oversee conference room reservations and ensure spaces are prepared and organized for meetings.<br>• Provide support by hanging coats, handling bags, and assisting guests as needed.<br>• Coordinate daily bulletins and internal communications to keep staff and visitors informed.<br>• Ensure smooth operations by managing multi-line phone systems and handling email correspondence.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service to corporate clients and visitors.<br>• Maintain a neat appearance and conduct yourself in a manner that positively represents the company.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address inquiries and provide support as required.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other software tools to manage schedules and correspondence efficiently.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to address client needs promptly and efficiently.<br>• Experience managing multi-line phone systems and email correspondence.<br>• Excellent organizational abilities to handle conference room reservations and daily operations.<br>• Business attire, including solid dark-colored suits and black shoes.<br>• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with corporate clients and visitors.<br>• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
