<p>We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee financial operations and strategy, providing critical support to our leadership team while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to lead budgeting processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and mentor team members to drive excellence within the healthcare industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including full Profit & Loss (P& L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.</p><p>• Conduct detailed financial reviews and analyses to identify trends and recommend improvements.</p><p>• Lead the budgeting process, including the development of annual financial plans and forecasts using Excel and Planful.</p><p>• Provide mentorship and leadership to the Accounting Manager, fostering growth and performance.</p><p>• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making.</p><p>• Utilize systems such as Sage Intacct and Planful to optimize financial processes and reporting.</p><p>• Partner with the Data Analytics team to leverage data insights for enhanced financial modeling and customer pricing strategies.</p><p>• Manage special projects, including analytical modeling for commission structures and business performance metrics.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while driving process improvements.</p><p>• Work cross-functionally to strengthen financial literacy across the organization.</p>

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.<br>• Proficiency in using Excel for advanced financial modeling and budgeting rollups.<br>• Familiarity with financial systems such as Planful and Sage Intacct, or the ability to quickly learn new platforms.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and its impact on business decisions.<br>• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members.<br>• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.<br>• Service industry experience is preferred but not required.<br>• Advanced technical aptitude to adapt to and optimize financial systems.
