• Proven experience in corporate accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.<br>• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing accounting teams.<br>• Expertise in month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation.<br>• Proficient in analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights.<br>• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.<br>• Familiarity with implementing financial controls and improving processes.<br>• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of financial management.
