Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and detail-oriented manner, ensuring a positive first impression.<br>• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.<br>• Handle receptionist and concierge duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the front desk area.<br>• Monitor and respond to incoming emails and calendar invites using Microsoft Outlook.<br>• Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company policies, services, and events.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to support administrative tasks and resolve inquiries efficiently.<br>• Ensure the front desk is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies.<br>• Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing communications and deliveries.<br>• Assist with additional clerical duties as needed to support the team.
• Prior experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards with 1-10 lines.<br>• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.<br>• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.<br>• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.<br>• Familiarity with concierge services and related administrative tasks is a plus.
