Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, manage order processing, and provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.<br>• Process orders accurately and ensure timely entry into the system.<br>• Assist customers with inquiries related to order fulfillment and supply chain logistics.<br>• Provide support for both inbound and outbound communication to address client needs.<br>• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to the appropriate departments.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.<br>• Monitor and follow up on order statuses to guarantee customer satisfaction.<br>• Continuously improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements where applicable.
