Receptionist
<p>A growing community change nonprofit organization is seeking a Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate has a background in leasing, property management, or similar, is customer service oriented, enthusiastic, organized and passionate. The responsibilities in this role include working in sync with the property management team, greeting tenants entering the office, responding to emails, answering the phones in a pleasant manner, assisting with maintenance requests, and general office support as needed.</p>
• Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in handling email correspondence and administrative office tasks.<br>• Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously with attention to detail.<br>• Friendly and detail-oriented approach when interacting with guests and staff.<br>• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software.<br>• High level of organization and ability to maintain a tidy workspace.<br>• Knowledge of non-profit environments is a plus.
