Executive Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant specializing in case management to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a long-term contract position ideal for individuals seeking to contribute to local government operations. The role involves providing administrative support and ensuring smooth communication processes, while handling customer service tasks and data management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to case management operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.<br>• Manage inbound inquiries through call center channels and deliver exceptional customer service.<br>• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update case records and documentation.<br>• Coordinate communication between various departments to ensure seamless workflow.<br>• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.<br>• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and other case-related activities.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in handling sensitive information.<br>• Create and distribute reports, summaries, and other documentation as required.<br>• Support team members with day-to-day operational needs and troubleshoot challenges.<br>• Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role that requires attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in managing inbound customer service calls and inquiries.<br>• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with case management processes is preferred.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of conduct.<br>• Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and communication.
