Office Administrator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a Contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office and creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and enjoys taking ownership of tasks to support the team’s success.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the daily operations of the office by maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and ensuring all common areas are well-organized and fully operational.<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and team members, ensuring all interactions are thoughtful and welcoming.<br>• Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and celebrations, handling logistics to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company culture.<br>• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including setting up workstations, organizing technology needs, and conducting in-office orientation sessions.<br>• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Ensure all office technology, such as conference rooms and A/V equipment, is functioning properly to support seamless collaboration.<br>• Proactively identify and address office needs, ensuring all deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.<br>• Take initiative to solve problems and assist with any additional tasks required to maintain a productive work environment.<br>• Develop and implement processes to improve office operations and enhance team efficiency.
<p>• At least 5 years of experience in office administration, operations, or facilities coordination within an in-office setting.</p><p>• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a structured workflow.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</p><p>• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and other office management tools.</p><p>• Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to ensuring smooth office operations.</p><p>• Comfortable with light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and setting up office equipment.</p><p>• A proactive mindset with a willingness to adapt and embrace new tools or changes in office processes.</p>
