<p>We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Contested Foreclosure Specialist to support our local client on a contract basis. This pivotal role involves managing foreclosure cases that are actively being disputed, ensuring all actions comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards.</p><p>As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and court officials to navigate complex foreclosure challenges and drive timely resolutions.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Review foreclosure files to identify contested cases.</p><p>Partner with legal teams to address disputes raised by borrowers or homeowners.</p><p>Track case progress and maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.</p><p>Prepare and manage documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.</p><p>Provide strategic recommendations for resolving complex foreclosure issues.</p><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in case management systems.</p><p>Liaise with external parties including lenders, legal counsel, courts, and borrowers.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Demonstrated experience in foreclosure, contested cases, or a related legal/administrative role.</p><p>Solid understanding of foreclosure laws and real estate regulations.</p><p>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>Strong written and verbal communication abilities.</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.</p><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.</p>
