<p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Prepare, review, and file bankruptcy documents—including petitions, schedules, statements, and motions—in accordance with federal and local laws.</p><p>Monitor case progress, track deadlines, and manage communications with courts, attorneys, and creditors.</p><p>Act as the primary contact for inquiries related to bankruptcy filings, providing timely updates to stakeholders.</p><p>Maintain organized and accessible electronic case records to support efficient case management.</p><p>Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and trustees to ensure smooth execution of bankruptcy processes.</p><p>Stay current on changes in bankruptcy laws and court procedures.</p><p>Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with company policies.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>Demonstrated experience in bankruptcy case management or a related legal support role (e.g., paralegal, legal assistant).</p><p>Solid understanding of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy procedures.</p><p>Proficiency with case management and e-filing systems such as CM/ECF or similar platforms.</p><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>Familiarity with legal terminology and regulatory compliance at both federal and state levels.</p><p>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</p><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p>
