We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Perform thorough bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Utilize QuickBooks to manage transactions and generate reports. • Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Handle payroll processing and related documentation. • Monitor and update general ledger accounts as needed. • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support business planning. • Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and provide data. • Conduct audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role. • Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and manage transactional data. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
