This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in accounts payable processes while working toward a long-term role at a reputable organization. Responsibilities: Process and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and match to vendor statements. Validate, review, and code invoices in accordance with established company policies. Manage payment discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors promptly. Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with 1099 reporting requirements. Assist in month-end close processes, including detailed accounts payable reporting. Collaborate across departments to maintain seamless financial operations within the organization.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role. • Proficiency in invoice coding, payment processing, and reconciliation. • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers and check runs. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems. • Effective communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interactions. • Experience with financial software or ERP systems is preferred.
