Programmer Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Programmer Analyst to join our team in Arlington, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work remotely while leveraging your expertise in software development using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will excel at designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that meet high coding and technical standards.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into detailed system functionality.<br>• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET (Razor, Web Forms), and other Microsoft-based technologies.<br>• Write clean, efficient, and testable code that adheres to industry standards.<br>• Integrate various software components to ensure seamless system functionality.<br>• Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.<br>• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and usability.<br>• Document software functionality, specifications, and operational procedures thoroughly.<br>• Deploy software solutions and gather user feedback to refine and improve applications.<br>• Stay updated on the latest software features and ensure systems remain current and optimized.
• At least 5 years of experience in C# and .NET UI development, including Razor and Web Forms.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft SQL and SQL stored procedures, with experience in NHibernate.<br>• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, and front-end design.<br>• Hands-on experience with .NET Core and the latest versions of the .NET framework.<br>• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), from analysis to deployment.<br>• Proven ability to design and build interactive applications following best practices.<br>• Experience working in Agile development environments.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document technical requirements and specifications.
