Property Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Alameda, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing housing programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional support to clients and stakeholders. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with a strong background in property management and leasing.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Determine client eligibility for housing programs by reviewing applications and verifying required documentation.<br>• Facilitate the leasing process, including tenant onboarding and lease agreement preparation.<br>• Conduct regular inspections of residential and commercial properties to ensure compliance with housing standards.<br>• Manage landlord and tenant relations by addressing concerns and resolving disputes professionally.<br>• Accurately calculate tenant income to determine rental rates and program eligibility.<br>• Ensure all housing activities align with agency and organizational regulations.<br>• Provide outreach and support to clients, offering guidance on housing resources and program requirements.<br>• Utilize Yardi software to maintain accurate records of property and tenant data.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve housing program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proven experience in property management, including residential or commercial properties.<br>• Familiarity with leasing procedures and tenant relations.<br>• Strong understanding of housing regulations and compliance standards.<br>• Proficiency in using Yardi software for property management tasks.<br>• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to analyze financial data for income calculations and program eligibility.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact with landlords, tenants, and agency representatives.<br>• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
