His career trajectory reflects his deep industry experience and people-first leadership style. Beyond his operational achievements, Kyle has served as a media spokesperson since 2011 and has played a pivotal role in launching pilot programs that have evolved into core company initiatives.

He is a dedicated business mentor, having guided and mentored numerous successful leaders across the enterprise. Kyle’s commitment to the community is equally strong—he actively mentors individuals through organizations that help people who have overcome crises. Outside of work, Kyle channels his drive and discipline into competing in Ironman triathlons—an endeavor that speaks volumes about his endurance, focus and passion for pushing boundaries.

Jennifer Carlson joined Robert Half in 1998, following a successful career in finance and accounting where she earned her CPA license (now inactive). She has been an integral part of Robert Half’s Management Resources practice group, specializing in senior-level consulting roles within finance, accounting, business analysis and human resources. Currently serving as the Regional Director for Management Resources in Minnesota, Jennifer oversees operations in providing staffing solutions for businesses in the region. She also currently serves on the Relate Counseling board of directors and is a past member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs board. Additionally, she is very active in FEI Twin Cities and Team Women.

Jennifer has been married for 35 years and has two sons and three grandsons. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling or going to sporting events. Fun fact: She is obsessed with Pugs. She currently has two because one is never enough.

Ryan Evers has amassed over 21 years of experience with Robert Half in the Twin Cities and is currently a Regional Director with the firm. He oversees the Contract Talent and Permanent Placement divisions for several local offices, specifically focused on staffing jobs in the Accounting and Finance, Administrative and Customer Support, Legal and Nonclinical Healthcare practice groups.

Ryan is also an active volunteer in the Twin Cities community. He spent 9 years on the board of directors for Eden Prairie-based nonprofit Helping Paws, serving as the Board Chair for 3 of those years. Additionally, he has volunteered with Twin Cities United Way, Big Brother Big Sister, Habitat for Humanity and several other nonprofits throughout the metro. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of North Dakota and maintains many connections throughout the Minneapolis business community.
