<p>We are partnering with a top Minnesota law firm in its search for a Commercial Banking/Lending Attorney. </p><p><br></p><p>Successful candidates will have 3+ years of substantive experience in a wide array of commercial banking transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documentation, reviewing due diligence materials, including the diligence materials for real estate and asset-based lending transactions.
