<p>Robert Half Legal is partnering with an industry-leading global energy production company headquartered in the west suburbs who is looking to hire an Associate General Counsel (Compliance, L& E, Litigation) with at least 3-6+ years of experience to join their in-house legal department. The Associate General Counsel will work on a variety of legal issues including managing the company's compliance program, handling all labor relations matters and employment counselling, and assisting with litigation support. The ideal candidate will have experience working in both a law firm and a corporate legal department. The salary for this position is between $180-220K (DOE), plus a 25% bonus target, and a comprehensive benefits package. In addition, the company offers a flexible hybrid WFH schedule (2 days WFH per week).
