We are looking for an experienced Attorney with expertise in real estate and property management to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves working remotely and providing legal support for commercial and residential property matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing and negotiating leasing contracts and conducting legal research.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review commercial leasing contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.<br>• Negotiate contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.<br>• Conduct thorough legal research to support property management decisions.<br>• Provide timely and detail-oriented legal advice on real estate matters.<br>• Assist with both commercial and residential property management legal needs.<br>• Collaborate with clients to address urgent legal concerns efficiently.<br>• Offer expertise in navigating complex property laws and regulations.<br>• Ensure all documentation related to real estate transactions is complete and accurate.

• Must be a licensed attorney with active credentials.<br>• Proven experience in real estate law, including leasing and property management.<br>• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property regulations.<br>• Skilled in contract negotiation and drafting.<br>• Ability to conduct detailed legal research and analysis.<br>• Excellent communication and client management skills.<br>• Proficient in working remotely using necessary technology.<br>• Availability to provide legal support on a flexible, as-needed basis.
