This role requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including topics such as heat safety, harassment prevention, workplace violence, and performance management.<br>• Manage onboarding processes, including handling I-9 documentation and new employee software setup.<br>• Schedule and facilitate lunch-and-learn events and virtual training sessions via Teams.<br>• Develop and edit presentations for various departments and upload them to the Absorb platform.<br>• Monitor and track employee training completion to ensure compliance with organizational standards.<br>• Assist with conducting interviews and supporting recruitment efforts.<br>• Provide administrative support for employee development programs, such as Excel and analytical training.<br>• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
