Instructor/HRIS& Employee Central Implementation Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Instructor and HRIS & Employee Central Implementation Trainer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will design and deliver training materials that support the implementation of Employee Central systems within the manufacturing sector. Based in Naples, Florida, this position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure seamless training processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop comprehensive training materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and system walkthroughs, tailored to Employee Central implementation.<br>• Conduct one-on-one training sessions and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer.<br>• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather process details and create standard operating procedures and documentation.<br>• Manage the lifecycle of training materials, including review, approval, and updates to align with organizational standards.<br>• Perform role mapping analysis to identify training needs and track the progress of training material development.<br>• Present updates and deliverables to project leads and stakeholders during weekly meetings.<br>• Utilize tools such as Microsoft 365 Suite, Camtasia, and SharePoint Online to design and organize training content.<br>• Ensure all training materials meet quality standards and are consistent with organizational guidelines.<br>• Document and manage action items during project meetings to maintain alignment across training initiatives.<br>• Support the creation and maintenance of a centralized training repository using SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br>• Experience in instructional design, with expertise in creating e-learning modules using tools like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.<br>• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly documentation.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in developing training content and materials.<br>• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central systems is highly desirable.<br>• Knowledge of SharePoint Online for creating and managing training repositories is a plus.<br>• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate training activities and updates.
