The ideal candidate will thrive in a multicultural workplace and bring strong accounting expertise to support organizational operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the complete payroll cycle for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Record and reconcile all cash activities monthly across multiple database systems.</p><p>• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate payroll account records.</p><p>• Prepare financial reports, including Treasurer’s Report and Personnel Summary, for board review.</p><p>• Ensure integrity in 1099 reporting by tracking and maintaining W-9 forms.</p><p>• Manage petty cash accounts and assist with monthly reconciliation of accounts payable.</p><p>• Update payroll records to reflect changes in employee information, including tax withholdings, benefits, and statuses.</p><p>• Calculate overtime, holiday pay, deductions, and allowances in accordance with regulations.</p><p>• Address employee queries regarding payroll and benefits while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.</p><p>• Utilize accounting and payroll software to streamline record-keeping and reporting processes.</p>
