You’ll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight into our company’s financial health.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on schedule</li><li>Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts monthly</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts</li><li>Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports</li><li>Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Receivable teams to ensure accuracy</li><li>Assist in audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities</li><li>Identify and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>2–4 years of professional accounting experience (public or private)</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP principles</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP)</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team</li></ul><p>Don’t just crunch numbers—shape the future!
