<p>We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist<strong> </strong>to provide IT support across office and field operations in the oil and gas sector. This role covers everything from basic help desk tasks to supporting rugged hardware, SCADA systems, and remote communications in high-demand environments.</p><ul><li>Support desktops, laptops, rugged devices, and mobile tech across field and corporate sites.</li><li>Troubleshoot network, VPN, and connectivity issues for remote drilling and production teams.</li><li>Provide support for industry-specific tools (e.g., Petrel, PI System, SCADA, AutoCAD).</li><li>Deploy and maintain IT assets, ensure software compliance and cybersecurity standards.</li><li>Respond to tickets and incidents quickly, ensuring uptime for critical operations.</li><li>Work safely in accordance with HSE protocols; travel to remote sites as needed.</li></ul>

<ul><li>2–5 years’ IT support experience, ideally in oil & gas or industrial environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN support.</li><li>Familiarity with SCADA systems and remote communications (VSAT, LTE routers).</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and safety awareness.</li><li>Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) and field safety training are a plus.</li></ul>
