						We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. This is a Contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to support various clerical and receptionist tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.<br>• Coordinate lunch orders and oversee scheduling for conference rooms and meetings.<br>• Arrange travel bookings and handle purchasing using company-approved methods.<br>• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to support daily operations.<br>• Perform receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and greeting visitors.<br>• Scan and organize documents to maintain accurate digital records.<br>• Track inventory and ensure supplies are replenished efficiently.<br>• Provide general clerical support to assist with administrative tasks.<br>• Utilize Google Suite tools to streamline office processes and communications.<br>• Act as an administrator for company systems, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
					
					
						• Previous experience in receptionist or clerical roles.<br>• Proficiency in scanning documents and maintaining digital records.<br>• Strong skills in answering and managing inbound calls professionally.<br>• Ability to track inventory and manage office supplies effectively.<br>• Familiarity with Google Suite tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and visitors.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
