Front Desk Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team fully onsite in Windham, NH. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate individual or department.</p><p>• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system while providing accurate information to callers.</p><p>• Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly manner.</p><p>• Handle incoming mail and deliveries efficiently.</p><p>• Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination as needed.</p><p>• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.</p><p>• Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and file organization.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with team members to support general office operations.</p><p>• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.</p>
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Competence in basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and data entry.<br>• Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• High level of reliability and organizational abilities.
