Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Billerica, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to various administrative tasks while supporting both the service and sales teams. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide administrative support to the service and sales teams by managing quotes and tracking inquiries.<br>• Process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and ensure proper documentation and closure of older cases.<br>• Assist with creating and following up on service and sales quotations to ensure timely responses.<br>• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery tracking, and other service-related requests.<br>• Maintain and update data across multiple systems, including Excel and customer management tools.<br>• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless operations.<br>• Perform clerical duties that include data entry, organizing information, and scheduling.<br>• Support the sales team by processing e-enquiries and closing expired opportunities.<br>• Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Continuously learn and adapt to new processes and tools to optimize workflow.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to navigate and utilize formulas.<br>• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.<br>• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.<br>• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.<br>• Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems.<br>• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.<br>• A team-oriented attitude and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
