Recruiting Coordinator
We are looking for a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring processes in Westport, Connecticut. In this contract position, you will play an integral role in sourcing top talent, managing recruitment workflows, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the hiring process. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to driving successful outcomes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Publish and maintain job postings across various platforms to attract candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate their fit for the role, salary expectations, and overall alignment.<br>• Organize and coordinate interviews, ensuring proper setup of forms and logistics.<br>• Gather and manage feedback from interviewers to facilitate hiring decisions.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate requirements.<br>• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.<br>• Support sourcing efforts to identify and engage potential candidates.<br>• Facilitate clear communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage hiring workflows.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate schedules effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.<br>• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
