<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting</li><li>Experience with grants management, compliance, and restricted funds</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across departments</li><li>Leadership ability with experience supervising staff preferred</li></ul>
