My client is a solid, stable, growing CPA firm with an opportunity to fast track your career to a partner role. With an existing book of business and with more coming, my client is looking for candidates with 10+ years of tax compliance/research experience covering corporate/HNW/trust-estate returns, desire to have client facing conversations and manage clients as well as internal staff to complete the work. Candidates should have 10+ years of tax experience, CPA or MST, any exposure to audit is a big plus.  </strong></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>CPA required</li><li>15+ years of progressive public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax</li><li>Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee complex engagements</li><li>Experience with international tax and clients is a plus</li><li>Deep understanding of entity structures, federal and multistate tax law, individual taxation and compliance</li><li>Comfortable leading multiple engagements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear path and ambition to grow into a partner role</li><li>Proficient in CCH ProSystem fx, CCH Engagement, QuickBooks, MS Office</li></ul><p><br></p>
