<ul><li>5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management or supervisory responsibilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with complex inventory or commodity accounting a plus.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).</li></ul>
