This role involves managing complex financial processes, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and supporting organizational compliance with reporting standards. The ideal candidate will excel in reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and contributing to month-end close activities. Responsibilities: • Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the integrity of the general ledger. • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently. • Handle daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. • Collaborate on internal financial reporting and provide support for audits. • Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create detailed reports and perform data analysis. • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations. • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation. • Support continuous improvement initiatives for accounting processes.

• Proven experience in general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation. • Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation processes, including bank statements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with financial reporting standards and internal reporting practices. • Experience with audit preparation and related activities. • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.
