Responsibilities: • Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion. • Maintain and update the general ledger with precision and attention to detail. • Prepare and post journal entries to support financial reporting requirements. • Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data. • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between financial records and banking transactions. • Analyze and resolve discrepancies within accounting records and transactions. • Prepare financial reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Proven experience in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Proficiency in preparing journal entries and conducting account reconciliations. • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards. • Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies effectively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
