We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role is essential in ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and maintaining vendor relationships. Candidates with experience in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with the construction industry are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice approvals and coding. • Verify accuracy of invoices and ensure proper documentation is maintained. • Perform check runs and organize payments to vendors in a timely manner. • Accurately code invoices in compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and address payment inquiries. • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities for auditing purposes. • Utilize QuickBooks Online to track and manage financial transactions. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards. • Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable. • Provide support for special projects or additional tasks as needed.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. • Strong understanding of invoice coding and payment processes. • Ability to perform check runs and manage vendor payments. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
