In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate processing of invoices and maintaining smooth accounts payable operations. This position requires strong organizational skills and a focus on precision in handling financial transactions. Responsibilities: • Process and post invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Match invoices to purchase orders using three-way matching procedures. • Perform account coding and verify invoice details for accuracy. • Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and manage check runs. • Maintain detailed records of all accounts payable activities for audit purposes. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently. • Support the team in maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines. • Utilize financial software to streamline accounts payable processes and reporting. • Ensure adherence to appropriate dress code standards while working.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role. • Proficiency in invoice coding and processing. • Familiarity with three-way matching and purchase order reconciliation. • Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) and check run procedures. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively with vendors and internal team members. • Experience with financial software systems is preferred. • Commitment to maintaining a composed and detail-oriented demeanor.
