Responsibilities: • Process and manage full-cycle payroll for over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Administer multi-state payroll operations, adhering to regional tax and labor regulations. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll workflows and maintain employee records. • Address payroll discrepancies by investigating and resolving issues efficiently. • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to internal stakeholders for compliance and audits. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration with other systems. • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, providing clear and prompt resolutions. • Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to identify and implement improvements. • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.
