Administrative Assistant
Are you a highly organized, friendly detail oriented with strong bilingual (Spanish and English) communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you assist others and ensure tasks are handled efficiently? A leading property management company is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team and provide exceptional support to tenants and staff. <br> Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner. Assist tenants with inquiries, concerns, and other requests in a timely and friendly fashion. Perform light administrative tasks, including managing documentation, organizing files, and scheduling as needed. Provide general support to the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations. <br> Top 3 Must-Have Qualifications (Hard Skills): Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Administrative/Front Desk Experience: Previous experience in administrative or reception roles is preferred. Property Management Background: Experience in property management is a strong plus but not required. <br> Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required. <br> Ideal Candidate Qualities (Soft Skills): Friendly and detail oriented: Demonstrates a warm, approachable demeanor when interacting with tenants and colleagues. Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain well-structured work processes. Detail-Oriented: Maintains accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, ensuring follow-up as needed.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.<br>• A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or front desk roles.<br>• Familiarity with property management processes is preferred.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Previous experience with switchboard operations and managing multiple phone lines.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
