Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in the East Granby, Connecticut area. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, including the Plant Manager, HR department, and VP of Sales. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage executive calendars, ensuring appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled and prioritized.</p><p>• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.</p><p>• Assist with event planning and logistics for on-site meetings and corporate gatherings.</p><p>• Support HR activities, including open enrollment processes and recruitment coordination.</p><p>• Prepare and process expense reports for senior leaders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and operational support as needed.</p><p>• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</p><p>• Assist with catering and room setup for corporate events and meetings.</p><p>• Provide administrative support for contract negotiations and other business processes.</p><p>• Interface with operations to address customer requests and sample material needs.</p>
<p>• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.</p><p>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.</p><p>• Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing executive calendars.</p><p>• Familiarity with event planning and facility logistics.</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>• Knowledge of SAP and ADP or similar business systems is a plus.</p>
