Look me up on Linked In! </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with the sales team to develop detailed and accurate project estimates.</p><p>• Review and interpret blueprints to gather necessary information for cost calculations.</p><p>• Utilize estimating software to prepare and manage project estimates efficiently.</p><p>• Analyze project requirements to determine material, labor, and time needs.</p><p>• Ensure all estimate documentation is complete and submitted on time.</p><p>• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding project details and updates.</p><p>• Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.</p><p>• Conduct criticality analyses to identify key project priorities and risks.</p><p>• Provide ongoing support and adjustments to estimates as project requirements evolve.</p>

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, cost estimation, or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.<br>• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in preparing detailed cost estimates and project schedules.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
