About the Role:We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to help drive the success of our accounting operations. What You’ll Bring:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or active CPA candidate preferred.</li><li>4+ years of experience in accounting (background in real estate or public accounting is a plus!).</li><li>Proficiency with tools like MS Excel and accounting software, with a preference for JD Edwards or Nexus.</li><li>A solid understanding of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and, ideally, IFRS knowledge.</li></ul>What Makes You Stand Out:<ul><li>Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Strong communication (written and verbal), collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.</li><li>Proactive and professional approach, especially when handling sensitive financial matters.</li><li>Willingness to embrace technology and adapt to new systems or processes.</li></ul>
