Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to senior leadership within a dynamic nonprofit organization. This contract position is based in Washington, District of Columbia, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives while ensuring seamless operations for the executive team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and events.<br>• Organize and book travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations, for executives and team members.<br>• Prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with organizational policies.<br>• Assist in planning and executing internal events such as webinars, team gatherings, and holiday celebrations.<br>• Provide administrative support by preparing documents, coordinating meeting logistics, and handling communications.<br>• Address ad hoc requests and tasks with professionalism and flexibility.<br>• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.<br>• Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
• Proven experience in executive-level calendar management.<br>• Strong ability to coordinate and arrange travel logistics.<br>• Adept at preparing accurate expense reports.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in managing event logistics and supporting team operations.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.<br>• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
