Attorney/Lawyer
We are looking for a dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This role involves working closely with elderly clients to provide compassionate guidance and legal expertise, particularly in matters related to timeshare contracts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide legal advice and support to clients, focusing on resolving timeshare contract issues.<br>• Guide elderly clients through the legal process with patience and empathy.<br>• Draft and review motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision.<br>• Conduct thorough discovery and ensure all relevant information is gathered.<br>• Represent clients in civil litigation, advocating effectively on their behalf.<br>• Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with clients to explain legal options.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case management.<br>• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting timeshare contracts.<br>• Work diligently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality legal services.
<p>• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.</p><p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.</p><p>• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and conducting discovery.</p><p>• Strong communication skills, with an ability to explain legal concepts clearly.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to work with elderly clients and provide empathetic service.</p><p>• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</p><p>• Capability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.</p><p>• Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.</p><p>Monday through Friday 8-5pm</p><p>Pay 70-95K</p>
