The ideal candidate will handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and complex asset division, providing comprehensive legal representation from start to finish.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent clients in family law cases, including uncontested and contested divorce proceedings.</p><p>• Manage child custody and support matters, advocating for the best interests of clients.</p><p>• Handle complex asset division cases, especially those involving high net worth individuals.</p><p>• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other case-related documents.</p><p>• Prepare clients for hearings and trials, ensuring thorough case preparation.</p><p>• Appear in court to present cases and argue on behalf of clients.</p><p>• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the duration of their cases.</p><p>• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.</p><p>• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.</p><p>• Stay updated on changes in family law to provide informed counsel.</p>
