Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong time management and analytical skills, an eye for accuracy, and excellent communication abilities. As a Staff Accountant, you will play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data while supporting the organization’s broader accounting goals.

<p>Key Responsibilities: Review general ledger accounts and prepare as well as adjust journal entries to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Conduct detailed account analysis and reconciliation, including the review of bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts. Maintain and manage the general ledger chart of accounts, ensuring it aligns with organizational structure and reporting needs. Assist with the evaluation of initial internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards. Post monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals to support accurate financial reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing accounting tasks. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
