This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to grow within a stable company that values its employees.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>&#128313; What You’ll Do</u></strong></p><ul><li>Generate and send invoices for multiple customer accounts on a daily basis.</li><li>Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Follow up on past-due accounts and maintain professional communication with clients.</li><li>Post payments, apply credits, and resolve billing discrepancies.</li><li>Assist with month-end close, account analysis, and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and streamline workflows.</li></ul>

<ul><li>2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy — you notice the small things others might miss.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and general ledger systems.</li></ul><p><br></p>
