This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and their team. <ul><li>Oversee daily activities, maintaining exceptional customer service standards and prompt, accurate order processing.</li><li>Direct and mentor counter personnel, including managing schedules, delegating responsibilities, and evaluating team performance.</li><li>Work closely with warehouse and delivery departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.</li><li>Address customer questions, prepare quotations, and manage requests for customized products or special orders.</li><li>Ensure the sales counter remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with inventory.</li><li>Contribute to inventory tracking and product merchandising efforts.</li><li>Drive sales by fostering strong customer relationships and demonstrating solid knowledge of construction tools and related products.</li></ul>
