Responsibilities:• Categorize and allocate monthly credit card charges to relevant projects, ensuring proper receipts support each transaction.• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements to maintain financial accuracy.• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards.• Conduct audits to confirm adherence to established compliance guidelines.• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain transparency and integrity in all financial operations.• Manage reporting and accurate payment documentation.• Utilize Excel to streamline financial processes and reporting.• Maintain precise records and documentation for all financial transactions.
