<ul><li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar financial role.</li><li>At least one year of working experience with Yardi accounting software.</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a strong focus on accounts payable processes and financial accuracy.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information professionally and confidentially</li></ul><p><br></p>
