Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This contract-to-permanent position requires an individual with excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle administrative tasks, and a proactive approach to coordinating with various departments. If you enjoy creating a welcoming environment and have strong organizational abilities, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome and assist visitors and customers with courtesy.<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring accurate information is provided and inquiries are directed appropriately.<br>• Coordinate with the administrative team and service department to streamline operations and communication.<br>• Handle valet services and provide clear guidance to customers as needed.<br>• Maintain accurate data entry, including updating records and processing orders.<br>• Schedule appointments efficiently and ensure all necessary details are captured.<br>• Respond to emails promptly, maintaining effective correspondence.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and maintain spreadsheets.<br>• Support general office operations and contribute to an organized work environment.<br>• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presents a welcoming atmosphere.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with excellent communication skills.<br>• Strong knowledge of customer service practices, including call center operations.<br>• Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling software and appointment setting.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for document preparation and data management.<br>• Capable of managing email correspondence efficiently and professionally.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
