Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis in Tucson, Arizona. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment by ensuring smooth communication and operations across departments.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome and assist visitors, providing a friendly and detail-oriented first impression.<br>• Handle incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately and answering inquiries.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with customers and team members.<br>• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word.<br>• Manage email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.<br>• Liaise with the administration and service teams to ensure seamless coordination.<br>• Facilitate valet services and ensure customer satisfaction during their visit.<br>• Process orders and provide updates on service timelines.<br>• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient reception area.<br>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience with inbound and outbound call handling.<br>• Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Capable of managing email correspondence professionally.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
