Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in customer interaction and administrative coordination. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive experience during their visit.<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.<br>• Coordinate seamlessly with the administration team and service department to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and maintain organized records.<br>• Respond to email correspondence in a timely and detail-oriented manner.<br>• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage calendars as needed.<br>• Assist customers with valet services and ensure their needs are met.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting and documentation purposes.<br>• Process order entries and ensure all information is correctly recorded.<br>• Deliver high-quality customer service in a call center and face-to-face setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.<br>• Strong proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.<br>• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.<br>• Previous exposure to call center environments is preferred.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
