IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting hybrid enterprise environments across on-prem Windows systems and Microsoft cloud services. Skilled in user lifecycle management, endpoint configuration, patching, and automation using tools like PowerShell, Intune, Group Policy, and Azure AD.</p>

<p>Proven experience administering Microsoft Windows systems in an enterprise environment</p><p><br></p><p>100% ONSITE</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Hands-on experience with:</strong></p><ul><li>Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online</li><li>Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Certificate Services</li><li>Microsoft 365 cloud services including Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams</li><li>VMware ESXi (cluster management, performance, DR)</li><li>Ivanti Endpoint Manager (imaging, patching, remote support, software deployment)</li><li>PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration</li><li>OKTA, MFA, and YubiKey for secure authentication</li><li>Strong understanding of CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 compliance requirements</li><li>Experience with endpoint lifecycle management (imaging, provisioning, patching, inventory)</li><li>Ability to provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for infrastructure and identity systems</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Customer-service-oriented with professionalism across all user skill levels</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities independently</li></ul><p><br></p><p>*Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* </p>
